Bringing Indonesian Coffee Closer Through Education.

Tanamera Coffee Indonesia partnered with Politeknik Pariwisata Palembang (Poltekpar Palembang) on a series of coffee workshops, introducing students to the journey behind every cup, from green beans to roasted coffee, coffee fundamentals, and the work behind brewing.

Sessions included an introduction to V60 brewing, interactive discussions, Q&A, and coffee-related games, closing with a hands-on brewing session where students prepared and enjoyed their own V60 brews together.

Learning Through Hands-On Experience

More than a classroom session, this collaboration gave students a firsthand look at coffee, connecting their hospitality studies with the coffee industry.
